Director Profile

Ntuthuko Mgiba is an Attorney practicing as a Director at Mgiba Law Inc.
After completing his LLB degree from UNISA, Ntuthuko began his legal career as a Candidate Attorney at a Conveyancing firm based in Centurion. During his time as a Candidate Attorney, he was primarily involved in conveyancing matters and the administration of deceased estates.
Upon being admitted as an attorney, Ntuthuko worked in firms based in Sandton and Pretoria, and gained experience in the following areas:
  • Litigation (General civil and criminal)
  • Labour matters (CCMA, Private Arbitrations, Urgent Labour Court Applications, Labour Court matters brought on review) Contracts
  • Wills, trusts, family planning and deceased administration
  • Family Law (including ante nuptial contracts)
  • Property Law
  • Company Law and company structures
  In 2018, Ntuthuko obtained his second admission and is now an admitted Notary Public.
